Section 02 Main Complaint
  • Headaches for 6–7 years — gradually getting worse
  • Triggers increasing over time — more things cause headache now than before

Location & Type
  • Eye corner near nose — one side at a time, sometimes right, sometimes left not both at the same time
  • side beforehead right or left not both at same time
  • Pain follows heartbeat rhythm — pulsatile / throbbing
  • Feels like blood pumping in that area during pain
  • Eyes become red during headache
Associated Symptoms During Headache
  • Reverse belching / utaan — comes from inside, does not come out of mouth
  • When Pain is serve then start vomting and after vomting pain start decrease
  • One side of nose is blocked/closed during headache
  • Neck and shoulder muscles become more stiff

Social / Cognitive Triggers
  • Talking for 30 minutes — headache guaranteed after
  • Getting emotional (angry, upset)
  • Playing games (Ludo etc.) — focus + emotion + static position = quick trigger
Physical Triggers
  • Any physical activity — even small
  • Jumping or sudden movements like going outsides from home
  • Cold wind / air
  • Excessive heat
  • Sexual activity — stiffness increases, but endorphins give temporary relief after (Married)
Psychological Triggers
  • Depression episodes
  • Anger / frustration(In home for small things or when I have to wait for things like during more traffic)
  • Stress(After driving or discussion)
Section 05 Neck & Shoulder Muscles
  • Neck (cervical) and shoulder muscles are ALWAYS stiff — not just during headache
  • Sitting for long time causes severe stiffness inside shoulder when no back support
  • Any physical activity makes stiffness worse
Section 06 Tremors (Kaanpna)
  • Hands and legs — sometimes trembling
  • Sometimes neck and lips also
  • NOT constant — only during sudden activity or when focusing on something
  • During anger: fumbling — hands do not work properly, difficulty gripping
  • Brother also has tremors — possible genetic link
Section 07 ⚠️ Absence Episodes — New Symptom
  • Sometimes — rarely — for just 1 to 2 seconds: feels like mind is completely gone
  • NOT dizziness / chakkar — no spinning
  • Just a blank — like mind does not exist for that moment
  • Returns to normal immediately after
  • Happens in rare case
